What it measures — and what it doesn't
- Measures: your interests and preferred work style (the six RIASEC types counsellors use), plus practical limits like budget, location and family expectations.
- Doesn't measure: ability, aptitude scores or personality. It is not a standardised psychometric test — treat results as directions to explore, not a verdict.
